Who We Are

What We Collect and Why
When you complete the intake form:
Your name, email address, and answers to five questions about your passions, your ideal day, where you feel stuck, what you've tried, and how you receive information. These answers are the foundation of your Kairos experience. Without them, Kairos cannot be built around you.
When you use the chat:
Your conversation messages are private and visible only to you. Session metadata including timestamps and word counts is also recorded. This is how Kairos remembers you and grows more precise over time.
When you make a payment:
Your payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive confirmation that payment was made and your email address.
Automatically:
Basic technical data — your IP address, browser type, and how you navigate the site. This is standard for any website and helps us keep things running.
How We Use Your Data
Everything we collect is used for one purpose: making Kairos work for you.
Your intake answers are used to generate your personalised Kairos soul — the AI configuration that is shaped entirely around who you are. Your conversation data is used to deepen that configuration over time, detect patterns, and maintain continuity between sessions.
We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties.
Anonymised, aggregated data — with no personally identifiable information — may be collected to improve the product. By signing up for Kairos you consent to David Delbridge using this data by default. To remove consent, contact support@kairoszenai.com.
Who Can See Your Conversations
Nobody, by default.
Your conversations are private. The person who built Kairos does not have access to what you say in your sessions unless you specifically authorise it.
If you choose to share a session for the purpose of product improvement, you can do so through the feedback system. You select exactly how many messages to share — 5, 10, 20, or all. Only what you select is visible. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Session data used for product improvement will be anonymised before deletion.
To request deletion, email support@kairoszenai.com with the subject line "Delete my data."
Third Parties
We use a small number of trusted services to operate Kairos:
None of these services receive more data than is necessary for their specific function.

Cookies
Kairos uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary to keep you logged in and remember your session. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with third parties.
Children
Kairos is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. The current version will always be available at kairoszenai.com/privacy.
